Ionix Systems successfully participated in the latest Aircraft Interior Expo, which took place in Hamburg from 4th to 6th April 2017. Aircraft Interiors Expo is the world's biggest aircraft interior exhibition dedicated to sourcing the latest innovations, technologies, and products for the cabin interior, inflight entertainment, and passenger comfort industries. Come and see us on the Amphenol stand at the Paris Air Show, where we will be presenting our extensive range of capabilities, alongside our sister companies from Amphenol Military and Aerospace Operations.
Ionix Systems will be attending the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg from 4th to 6th April.
We will be available on the Amphenol stand (Stand 6B110) to discuss your specialized harness requirements.
Ionix Systems invests in IPC Training and Accreditation for operators.
Operators attended Tallinn University where detailed training was carried out. Upon completion, each operator was awarded the IPC A-620 and J-STD-001 accreditation and was issued with individual certificates.
Ionix Systems (Amphenol Corporation) will be attending and exhibiting at the Paris Air Show 15th – 21st June 2015. Come along and see us at the GIFAS Pavilion, Hall 2b, stand E80.

Ionix Systems relocates to new UK Headquarters
Earlier this year, Ionix Systems secured a new facility to relocate our UK Head Office and manufacturing operations.
A considerable amount of work has been carried out prior to relocating to our new facility, upgrading power, heating, lighting, and IT systems to ensure that Ionix was able to continue to deliver on and exceed our customers’ expectations on delivery and quality performance.
The transition was completed 2 weeks early with no impact whatsoever on production and ultimate delivery to the customer.
The new facility is located on Taylor Business Park in Warrington, easily accessible from both the M6 and M62 Motorways.
Ionix Systems' fast-growing international sales have been recognized by the fourth annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200. The league table ranks the top 200 UK companies according to growth in international sales over the last two years of available data.
The International Track 200 is sponsored by HSBC and is compiled by Fast Track, the Oxford based research, and networking events company.

Ionix Systems attended the Paris International Air show on 17th – 23rd June to pursue new business opportunities. During attendance at the show, a significant amount of new business was secured with one of our customers, MTU AERO.
Ionix continues to grow and secure new Aerospace Business, promoting our business model of low-cost manufacturing and high quality, delivering the best value for the customer.
Ionix Systems are pleased to announce that having met the required criteria, have gained approval to supply MTU Aero Engines with high-performance harnesses.
Ionix continues to grow its customer portfolio, having gained a reputation for providing high-quality products and excellent service at a competitive cost.

Organization Announcement - Christopher Millar is take up the position of Managing Director of Ionix Systems, Milaero Division.
In the four years since the formation of Ionix Systems Chris has played a significant role in the management and development of the business. He has extensive sector knowledge having spent 18 years in the wiring harness industry, which includes both technical and commercial experience. Chris knows the market, customers, products, and people and is well placed and ready for this position.
This appointment will take effect immediately.

Ionix Systems secures new business with General Dynamics Land Systems - Force Protection Europe (GDLS-FPE)
Ionix Systems ltd attended the (GDLS-FPE) supplier conference where the 200th Foxhound vehicle was handed over to the MOD. This was achieved in a very rapid timescale.
During the conference, Ionix secured new business to manufacture additional electrical harnesses and metalwork for the next tranche of Foxhound vehicles.
Greenfold Systems Ltd (an Ionix business partner) also attended the supplier conference and due to the turnkey integration we have in place, Greenfold will be providing metalwork for the future Foxhound vehicle.
Ionix Systems continues to win new business, manufacturing high-quality products at the best value to the customer.
Jeanette Mcnulty and Alan Brough of Ionix Systems took part in a sponsored bike ride from Manchester to Blackpool and raised £578 for the Wigan and Leigh Hospice.
Jeanette and Alan stated “We would like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to everyone who sponsored us for the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride in July in support of the great work done by Wigan and Leigh Hospice. All being well we will be riding again next July to continue to help fund the running of the Hospice. Fancy joining us? Thanks again for your support”
Ionix Systems Ltd has made a significant investment in IT systems to improve business relationships with our Customers and Suppliers. Recognizing the requirements of ongoing and new business relationships, Ionix has started a project to implement EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Ian Bilsland, IT Manager comments 'We are working with a pilot Customer to implement our chosen EDI solution. When this is complete, we will be in a position to implement EDI for any customer or supplier that can support the technology'
Ionix Systems are pleased to announce that they have secured an additional contract with the Safran group to supply thrust reverser harnesses for the BR710 engine into 2016.

Leigh based Ionix Systems Limited is pleased to announce that it has joined the Northwest Aerospace Alliance.
Membership of the NWAA will give Ionix access to a breadth of knowledge and information that will allow us to build on current strengths, strategy, and experience to ensure that we continue to exceed our customer’s expectations.
Ionix Systems announce the successful outcome of the light protected patrol vehicle (LPPV) competition for a new vehicle to replace the existing Snatch Land Rovers and Weapons Mount Installation Kit (WMIK) vehicles on operations in Afghanistan. Following a rigorous trial and assessment phase, preferred bidder status has been awarded to Ionix Systems for an initial tranche of 200 vehicles.
This initial tranche will be procured through the urgent operational requirements process, and we expect the first vehicles to be delivered for training in 2011. LPPV is a UK design and will be manufactured in the UK.
